A one-time set-up fee of $49 is required to start any monthly plan (Normally $199).
A one-time set-up fee of $79 is required to start any annual plan (Normally $249).

What do I need before I sign up?
When you first sign up, we will ask you to provide us with your WordPress login information.
Can I change plans or cancel in the future?
Our plans are flexible. You can upgrade/downgrade or even cancel at any time to meet your current needs. You will be able to do this from the My Account section.
What happens if I need to restore my site if it breaks or is hacked?
If something should happen to your website and you need us to restore it from a previous backup, simply email us. We provide backups in each plan. Depending on your selected plan, we keep backups on file from 90 days to a year. You’ll always have the most recent copy of your site available to restore.
What happens if I cause the crash of my website?
If you cause the crash of your website, we are happy to provide you with a copy of your backup to restore it. If you would like for us to restore the website, we can do this for you for an additional cost of $49.
What happens if the cause of the crashed website is by our support team?
If at any time the crash is caused by our support team, we will work as quickly as possible to get the site to restore. We have your back!
